SAGA Dental Lab
Dental 3D Printing
Models and other lab work printed layer by layer from digital files.

What is dental 3D printing?
3D printing — also called additive manufacturing — builds a part layer by layer from a digital file, usually in dental resins. It's part of the lab's digital process, together with Exocad design and CAD/CAM.
Applications
- Working models from intraoral scans.
- Study models for planning and case presentations.
- Other lab applications, depending on the case and the resin required.
Each application needs a specific resin; message us on WhatsApp to confirm whether your case can be 3D printed.
Advantages
- When a case starts from an intraoral scan, the model comes straight from the digital file.
- High fidelity to the digital design.
- Parts can be reprinted from the same file.
